K. M. Maksudur Rahman was Born and Raised in lakshmipur District, P. S: Lakshmipur Sadar, Vill: West Nandanpur, P.O: Dalal Bazar. He is the Elder Son of K. M. Mofizul Islam.

In his Education Life, He Completed Primary Education from, West Nandonpur Primary School &  He Completed Secondary School from, Dalal Bazar N. K High School, Higher Secondary Education Completed from Lakshmipur Govt: College. He Passed BSS (Hon.) in Sociology year 2003 and year 2004 He Passed MSS in Sociology from National University of Bangladesh.
